Estudio genético de familiares: Realizamos también el estudio genético a familiares directos de pacientes diagnosticados previamente con alguna mutación asociada a acortamiento telomérico. Para este estudio partimos de ADN genómico obtenido de sangre periférica, a células bucales y analizamos las variantes genéticas mediante secuenciación por Sanger
