Service description

Immunohistochemistry assays related to telomeropathies. For these studies we can use paraffin embebed tisúes or cultured cells. In these samples we can evaluate different antigens whose levels may be affected by telomere shortening by using immunohistochemistry with specific antobodies. Among these determinations are H2AX histone, 53BP1, Ki67, a-SMA, colagen, elastin, hialuronic acid., pro-SPC. p21, TRF1, p53, among others. The determination incluyes incluye una cuantificación utilizando el programa imageJ.
