CSIC offers promotion and professional career in equality with two possible options for incorporation:
- By means of the public calls and public employment offers for scientists and technicians of national, autonomous, European and / or international funding agencies.
- As principal investigator (IP) of a research line, with freedom of action, in any of the CSIC centres. This incorporation ensures the collaboration with other leading groups, the use of large infrastructures and a constant interaction with the main international scientific institutions and companies.
