Service description

Secuenciación de exoma completo: Para este estudio partimos de ADN genómico del paciente obtenido de sangre periférica. Es aconsejable realizarlo en aquellos pacientes donde hay un acortamiento telomérico, al menos por debajo del percentil 10% de la población control. Para realizar la secuenciación colaboramos con un laboratorio de referencia. Tras analizar los datos informamos sobre aquellas variantes que hayan sido validadas por secuenciación de Sanger y que estén relacionadas con la patología, según la literatura científica especializada.
