Ultrasonic Resonators for microcmanipulation and cavitation(RESULT)
The RESULT group develops two R&D lines framed in multidisciplinary themes of application to Biomedicine and Health and Environment to characterize, manipulate and modify particles, cells, tissues and tumors. Conducts research and development of Advanced Technologies addressing cancer processes in personalized medicine(PID2021-128985OB-I00), coordinating international research with Harvard Medical School to develop a pioneering new ultrasound therapy.
RESULT co-coordinates with IDAEA (CSIC) a European project to create monitoring protocols for micro and nanoplastics in oceans and seas bathing Europe PM-HE-CL6-ONE-BLUE.
