Social Identity, Subjective well-being and Behavior

The long baggage accumulated by the research group in the field of social and health policies has facilitated the current focus on the study of social identity, subjective well-being and human behavior and its influence on the end of life process, specifically in "rights of exit" (euthanasia, assisted suicide, etc.), as in the social dimension of pain. The pain, both from a more general point of view and social perception, and more specificaly, in diseases (ATM, for example), or in situations that do not constitute a disease such as childbirth, is perhaps the more important area of research (this was the first study for the cronic pain at 2016 GI) and scientific and socially interesting. Likewise, the research group studies the gender dimension, since it belongs to social dimension of health, which is related to inequality and diversity.
