Intelligent Control

The Intelligent Control Group focuses its research activity on the application of advanced algorithms and artificial intelligence techniques to ensure the safe autonomous navigation of vehicles and robots, as well as the interaction of robots with humans. The group's activities address research and innovation in different fields such as fuzzy logic, combinational optimisation, robot navigation and social robotics. In this respect, the Intelligent Control Group makes use of the latest advances in deep learning, connected devices, natural language processing, object and human recognition in images, localisation and navigation.
