Access Clean room

Benefit description

The service menu of clean room access is defined as use the clean room in order to make tasks which need to be done in a clean environment like semiconductor modules assembly and packaging. Although the clean room was designed as an ISO 7 or 10.000 Class clean room actually it is not certified. Setpoint temperature of the clean room is of 21ºC with a range of 3ºC and the setpoint relative humidity is of 55%. The access to the clean room can be internal in other to use the equipment actually installed inside or in order to make any task in a clean environment. In this last case the spare area in order to make any additional task inside the room is very limited, and will not allow any complex operation.
