Acquisition of digital images using EVOCAM II (Vision Engineering) macrophotography equipment of biological samples and / or packaging materials for the scientific analysis of morphological properties, color, dimensions and numerical counting. Visual fields for samples of size between 0.2 * 0.3 and 10-20 cm approximately, very common in the area of ¿¿food science and technology research. The support (double arm stand) allows you to capture digital images or videos of samples with a moderate height (up to several centimeters in height of the sample), as well as to rotate the position of the camera in many directions according to the needs. The types of samples that the researchers tell us to intend to photograph and analyze with this equipment are: ¿ Materials (mainly packaging): Films and encapsulating food packaging particles that may include bacteria, metals and other agents of technological or scientific interest). Protective coatings in gel form. ¿ Structure of a great variety of foods: study of physical and structural properties related to the development of new products or characterization of existing ones, and relate it to the organoleptic properties.
