Multidisciplinary applications of accelerators

The group has a multidisciplinary character for being integrated for physicists, chemists, engineers and doctors. It has carried out research in the big facilities of Centro Nacional de aceleradores: a) 3 MV Tándem Accelerator, b) 1 MV Tandetron Acceletor for Mass Spectrometry, c) 18/9 MeV Cyclotron, d) PET/CT scanner for medical image, and e) a Co-60 source for photonic irradiation.
