There are 2 printers by stereolithography using liquid resisns available: 3D printer Phrozen Mini 8K based on light-curing processing technology using UV photopolymerizable liquid resins to manufacture small size parts and new development materials testing. The material and part requirements are: - .stl file - Light-curing resins from Phrozen brand - Light-curing resins newly developed - Light power: 12 mW/cm2 - Wavelength: 405 nm - Maximum manufacturing speed 80 mm/h - Layer height: 0,01-0,03 mm - Maximum part dimensions: 165 x 72 x 180 mm The calculated cost per hour is for Phrozen resins Aqua 8k or Onyx Impact Plus. Other materials from Phrozen supplier must be provided by the customer. Request price for optimisation parameters for new materials. 3D printer (Form 3BL) based on stereolithography technology in liquid resin format to manufacture medium size parts. The material and part requirements are: - .stl file - Resins from Formlabs company: standard or technical for engineering (up to 10kN), dentistry, medicine or jewellery. - Light power: 250 mW - Wavelength: 405 nm - Layer height: 0.025-0.3 mm depending on resin type - Maximum part dimensions: 335 x 200 x 300 mm Manufacturing part cost per hour: - Standard parts from: Standard, Dental, Grey Pro, High Temperature or 4k Formlabs resins - Special parts: 10k, Surgical Guide or BioMed White Formlabs resins
