El análisis riguroso del material vegetal, como hojas, semillas, y también sus productos, utilizando técnicas y equipos de última generación, es fundamental para conocer las características de los cultivos con los que trabajamos. El servicio de ANÁLISIS DE MATERIAL VEGETAL incluye diversos prestaciones basadas en el análisis mediante diferentes técnicas y con diferentes finalidades. Por ejemplo, estas prestaciones abarcan tanto la caracterización de materia vegetal mediante herramientas de biología molecular, como el uso de equipos para la amplificación de fragmentos de ADN o la caracterización del perfil lipídico de aceites mediante NIRS.
Compositional characterization of plant and plant products samples
Benefit description
Analysis of the composition of different plant samples using NIRs technology. This non-destructive method requires a small amount of sample and gives an immediate result. This technology is based on calibrations previously carried out with a large number of samples that support its reliability. The characteristics of the sample to be sent will depend on the material and parameters requested. In the case of olive oil, a sample of at least 100 ml of oil is requested, both for the determination of oleic/linoleic acid and stability.| Options | Unit | Public Sector | Other customers |
