Widefield microscopy

Benefit description

We have three widefield microscopes equipped with state-of-the-art monochrome cameras and a wide range of excitation sources and fluorescence filters. They are ideal for acquiring transmitted light images (brightfield, darkfield, phase contrast, and Nomarski/DIC) as well as for samples requiring high sensitivity to fluorescence signals. Additionally, all of them are equipped with incubation systems with temperature and CO¿ control, allowing for long-term in vivo studies. Within the same category of widefield microscopes, we also have a system with a color camera for colorimetric staining (H&E, picrosius red, masson trichome), as well as a plate reader with temperature control for automated scanning of multiwell plates in vivo or in vitro. We also offer an Aria microfluidics system (Fluigent) for sequential and controlled perfusion of up to 10 reagents.
