Análisis inmediato: Humedad de la muestra para análisis y contenidos en cenizas y materias volátiles. Realizados en estufa, horno programable y mufla, respectivamente, o en un equipo LECO TGA 710. Análisis elemental: Determinación de C,H,N,S,O. Equipos LECO CHN2000 para C, H y N, LECO S632 para S y LECO TruSpec Micro-O para O. Poder calorífico. Todo tipo de muestras sólidas o líquidas. Oxygen content in organic samples
Benefit description
Range: O: 0.04-100% No standard available The determination of the organic oxygen content is carried out in a LECO TruSpec Micro-O analyser. The sample is dropped into a graphite crucible under He at 1300 °C. The pyrolysis gases are passed through a carbón black bed where all the oxygen-containing molecules are reacted to yield CO. An anhidrone bed es located at the outlet of the reactor in order to trap the scarce water molecules which might have escaped unreacted. The flue gases are then passed through a copper oxide bed where all the CO is oxydized to CO2, which is then quantified as such in an IR dectector.
