Analysis of Metals in Sediments / Biota

Benefit description

Sediment/Biota Analysis (digested sample): Basic Package (Na, Mg, Al, Si, P, K, Ca, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Sr, Cd, Sn, Sb, Ba, Pb, U). Analysis service for metals in digested sediment/soil or biota samples using ICP-MS. Currently, these analyses are not offered by any other CSIC center for the indicated matrices. If the sample is not pre-digested, digestion fees will apply (Service 1). The quality of the analytical data (precision and accuracy) will be indicated in the result report, including values obtained for certified reference materials corresponding to the same matrix type. Analysis time: 2 weeks from receipt of samples. Sediment/Biota Analysis (digested sample): Rare Earths Package (Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu). Rare earth element analysis service for digested sediment/soil or biota samples using ICP-MS. Currently, these analyses are not offered by any other CSIC center for the indicated matrices. Analysis service for extra elements for the basic package (Service 3) or rare earths package (Service 4) using ICP-MS. Currently, these analyses are not offered by any other CSIC center for the indicated matrices (sediment/soil, biota). The quality of the analytical data (precision and accuracy) will be indicated in the result report, including values obtained for certified reference materials corresponding to the same matrix type. Analysis time: 2 weeks from receipt of samples. Sediment/Biota Analysis: Platinum Group Elements Package (Pt, Pd, Rh, Ru, Ir). Analysis service for platinum group elements in sediment/soil or biota samples using ICP-MS. Currently, these analyses are not offered by any other CSIC center for the indicated matrices. The service price includes digestion and purification (removal of interferences) of the sample prior to analysis. The quality of the analytical data (precision and accuracy) will be indicated in the result report, including values obtained for certified reference materials corresponding to the same matrix type.
