Astroparticle and High Energy Physics

With more than 30 years of existence, AHEP is a world-leading group in Particle Physics Phenomenology, currently funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation and Generalitat Valenciana. We also participate in EU-funded actions and in Spanish research networks like Multidark and RENATA. The training capacity of our team is well recognized, with 15 PhD theses completed in the last 10 years. We regularly lecture at the University of Valencia (Master in Advanced Physics and PhD program in Physics), as well as at international PhD schools and participate in the International advisory boards of ISAPP and IDPASC. Our solid tradition in hosting astroparticle conferences and schools dates back to 1991, with an impressive number of events in Spain and abroad. We have maintained an average of 4-5 postdoctoral members funded by national or European sources, or directly by foreign agencies. AHEP members are also actively involved in different kinds of outreach and training activities.
