El servicio de análisis de interacciones genéticas consta de 3 equipos: - Micromanipulador MSM-200 - Micromanipulador MSM-400 - Rotor+Pixl La disección rápida de células de levaduras, hongos y esporas puede realizarse mediante los equipos MSM-200 y MSM-400, constando éste último de una pantalla táctil que facilita la visualización de las coordenadas seleccionadas, así como un sistema electrónico de agitación de la aguja que facilita la separación rápida de las esporas. El equipo Rotor+Pixl es un robot automatizado que permite la manipulación rápida de colonias para la realización de screenings genéticos. El equipo permite: -Realizar copias de seguridad para el mantenimiento de bibliotecas de levaduras, hongos, bacterias y algas. -Condensar o ampliar las bibliotecas para un almacenamiento inteligente. -Screenings genéticos de interacciones letales sintéticas o enfermas sintéticas y mapeo de supresores genéticos.
