Two different printers for selective laser sintering (SLS) from thermoplastic polymer powder are available:
3D printer Sinterit Lisa X based on Selective Laser Sinterit (SLS) technology to manufacture small-medium size parts. The material and part requirements are:
- .stl file
- Technical and high performance thermoplastic polymers (i.e.: polyamides)
- Powder size: 20-180 microns
- Bed temperature up to 210°C
- Laser power: 30W
- Wavelength: 976 nm
- Layer height of 0.075 - 0.2 mm
- Maximum part dimensions: 130 x 180 x 330 mm
- Inert atmosphere option
The calculated cost per hour is based on Sinterit powder. Material is provided by the customer. Request price for optimisation parameters for new materials.
3D printer EOS Formiga P100 using selective laser sintering (SLS) technology for medium size parts. The material and part requirements are:
- .stl file
- Materials available from EOS: PrimePart, PA2200, PA3200GF, PA2210FR, Alumide , PrimeCast 101, CarbonMide
- Laser power: 30W
- Laser wavelenght: 10,6 µm
- Maximum part dimensions: 200 x 250 x 330 mm
- Nitrogen atmosphere option
Cost per hour to manufacture parts from EOS materials. The material must be provided by the customer.
