Service description

Determination of RNA expression levels of genes of the telomere and shelterin complex. We can use frozen tissue samples or cultured cells defective in telomerase activity or short telomeres. We can obtain and purify RNA and by RT-QPCR determine the expression levels of genes belonging to telomerase and shelterin complexes, using two referent housekeeping genes. We will provide a report with the biological explanation of our findings.
