FPU2023- Vasoprotective conditioning to improve endothelial mechanoresponses in aged tissues: implications for liver regeneration
We are seeking brilliant, highly motivated students to apply for a 4-year predoctoral contract. If awarded, the candidate will complete a PhD in the Vascular Ageing Group at Centro de Investigaciones Biológicas Margarita Salas (Madrid) (https://www.cib.csic.es/research/molecular-biomedicine/vascular-ageing). The focus of the project will be to study how age-related alterations of endothelial cells affect tissue homeostasis and organ regeneration (see Annex for details).
