The discovery of correlated insulating states and superconductivity in twisted bilayer graphene has had a tremendous impact on the condensed matter community [1]. One striking and astonishing result of the initial experiments has been the similarity of the phase diagram to the one of high-Tc copper-oxide superconductors. This analogy has further been manifested by the observation of a strange metal regime above the superconducting dome [2]. A highly debated question is the pairing mechanism of the superconducting phase in twisted bilayer graphene and related systems and our work based on the Kohn-Luttinger mechanism is a very solid proposal to explain the superconductivity of twisted moire systems [3]. We further accounted also for the linear temperature dependence of the conductivity of the normal phase [4], putting forward a comprehensive theory of the behavior about half-filling of the first moiré band of the twisted bilayer. Last, our proposal of Ising superconductivity in twisted trilayer [5] is also confirmed by other approaches. [1] Y. Cao et al., Nature 556, 80 EP (2018), Y. Cao et al., Nature 556, 43 EP (2018).
