Access Digital.CSIC

Digital.CSIC is the institutional repository of the Spanish National Research Council that arises as a result of the signature of the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in Sciences and Humanities by the CSIC’s Presidency in 2006. Since 2008 Digital.CSIC organizes, preserves and gives open access to the research outputs of the CSIC’s scientific community.

Digital.CSIC has well-defined policies regarding its contents, data access and reusability, digital preservation, deposits, etc. All CSIC researchers can auto-archive their works in the repository and benefit from this greater accessibility to their research results. The CSIC’s Libraries and Archives Network also contributes actively through the Delegated Archiving Service.

The Anual reports of Digital.CSIC give an account of the action lines of the repository and the CSIC Open newsletter disseminates experiences with the repository and open access by its scientific and librarian community. Twitter of Digital.CSIC discloses news about the project and news about policies of open access, copyright, editorial transformations and open resources of interest. Access Digital.CSIC
