It sets out guidelines to support their onboarding and inclusion within CSIC, promote their professional development, implement reasonable workplace accommodations, ensure effective, accessible, and confidential communication, provide ongoing training, and raise awareness across all employees through training sessions, campaigns, and initiatives that foster an inclusive institutional culture.
