Design of porous materials.
This group is one of the most reknown in Europe in the field of colloidal processing, with a large trajectory in the optimization and characterization of suspensions. The group combines an increasing activity in the synthesis of ceramic powders and composites with controlled characteristics with a variety of shaping methods for the preparation of different types of materials, either monolithic or laminates and coatings, as well as nanostructured materials for a variety of applications: functional, structural, biomedical, etc.
