Cell division control

The overall aim of the “Cell division control” group is to study the mechanisms that regulate the cell division process, both during mitosis and during meiosis. In this general context, we are specifically interested in understanding the signaling pathways that orchestrate mitotic and meiotic progression, as well as in elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which the main cellular checkpoints regulate these processes in order to ensure the correct distribution of the genetic material during cell division.
