Service description

Formation to empower users of the service to work autonomously from the command line in UNIX environments. UNIX file system, ssh, ftp, bash and awk commands, submission of batch jobs to the SLURM scheduler. Introduction to perl and python scripting. Introduction to the basic software packages to analyze genomic data: BLAST+, QIIME, samtools, fastx toolkit, fastqc, assemblers, Galaxy, etc. Introduction to R and bioconductor. Conditioned to contracting the "Usage of bioinformatics HPC cluster" service.
