Service description

The NANOMULPOL Group of the ICTP-CSIC offers an apparatus for 2-D fiber X-ray diffraction composed of: A) Siemens diffractometer operating at 40 kV and 25 mA, with Ni-filtered Cu K¿ radiation (¿ = 0.1542 nm). B) Photostimulable BAS-III imaging plates (FUJI) processed in a BAS-2000 scanner. Exposure time: around 1-3 min; Reading time: around 2 min.
